Program Overview

The Personal Supports Initiative (PSI) and Developmental Disability (DD) Community Living Services programs provide services that focus on shared living, outreach support, community inclusion, employment skills and life skills development.

The LIFE program offers a blend of supports. The program provides individualized and flexible support that includes goal setting, learning new activities, connecting to community, making friends, building relationships, and seeking employment.

Eligible individuals for PSI must either have a diagnosis of Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder or Autism Spectrum Disorder as well as significant limitations in adaptive functioning. Eligible individuals for DD must have an Intellectual Disability.
